By downloading, installing, or using any application published by FinPixel Games ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our applications.

3. In-App Purchases

Our applications may offer in-app purchases (such as premium content, full version upgrades, or cosmetic items). All purchases are processed through the platform's payment system (Google Play or Apple App Store).

3.2 Pricing

Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the refund policies of Google Play or Apple App Store:

• Google Play: You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase through Google Play
• Apple App Store: Refund requests are handled by Apple through their support

3.4 Virtual Currency and Items

Some applications may include virtual currency or items earned through gameplay. These virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for real money
• Cannot be transferred to other users or accounts
• May be modified or removed in future updates

4. Intellectual Property

All content in our applications — including but not limited to graphics, audio, text, code, game design, and trademarks — is owned by FinPixel Games or used with permission from the respective rights holders.

You may not use any content from our applications without our prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our applications in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for your use of our applications.

If our applications include any online or social features in the future, additional conduct rules may apply.

• Loss of virtual items or currency
• Interruption of service
• Any damages arising from your use of our applications

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our applications shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the application is revoked
• You must delete all copies of the application
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our applications shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
