TIER ONE

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TIER ONE, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Account

• You need an account (email + password) to play.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person — you may not buy, sell, or transfer accounts.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use TIER ONE (see our Privacy Policy, section 4), or have a parent/guardian's consent if your country's digital age of consent is higher.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TIER ONE for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app
• Use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits to affect matches, trades, crafting, or rankings
• Manipulate matchmaking, ratings, or the trade marketplace (for example, colluding accounts to farm rewards)
• Impersonate another player or FinPixel staff
• Interfere with our servers or other players' ability to use the game

4. Player Conduct (Chat & Multiplayer)

TIER ONE includes live chat, an open trade marketplace, and PvP battles against real people. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive content — in chat, usernames, faction names, or your avatar
• Use chat or trading to scam other players

Violations may result in a warning, chat restriction, trade suspension, or permanent account termination at our discretion, without refund or restoration of virtual currency or items. Use the in-app report/block tools (see our Privacy Policy, section 5) to flag other players.

5. Virtual Currency & Items

Coins, cards, boosters, and other in-game items:

• Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or moved outside the game — trading with other players inside TIER ONE's own marketplace is fine, cashing out is not
• May be rebalanced, added, or removed in future updates
• Are forfeited permanently if your account is terminated for violating these Terms

6. Purchases

TIER ONE does not currently have any real-money purchases — all packs are earned through gameplay. If purchases are added in a future update, they'll be processed entirely through Google Play Billing, and FinPixel's general Terms of Service (section 3: pricing, refunds) will apply alongside these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All TIER ONE content — characters, artwork, code, game design, and the "TIER ONE" name and logo — is owned by FinPixel Games. You may not use it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

TIER ONE is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may take servers offline for maintenance, or discontinue the game with reasonable notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinPixel Games is not liable for lost virtual items, lost progress, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to TIER ONE is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, including the conduct rules in section 4. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Finland.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TIER ONE after a change means you accept the update.
