Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your TIER ONE account and all associated data (profile, cards, chat history, friends, faction membership, and match history) at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open TIER ONE and log in
Go to your profile icon → Settings
Scroll to the Account section
Tap Delete Account and confirm

This deletes your account and all of its data immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email (if you can't access the app)

If you've lost access to your account or device, email us and we'll delete it for you:

Please include the username and, if possible, the email address your account was registered with, so we can verify and locate the right account.

We process email deletion requests within 30 days.

This is permanent. Deleting your account removes your cards, coins, rating, chat history, friends, and faction membership immediately, and cannot be reversed. You're free to sign up again afterward with the same or a different email, as a brand-new account.
