1. Introduction
TIER ONE is made by FinPixel Games, a Finnish game studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information TIER ONE collects, why, and how you can control or delete it.
2. Account & Information We Collect
2.1 Account information
TIER ONE requires an account, since your cards, matches, and progress are shared across an online multiplayer service. Creating an account collects:
- Email address — used only to log you in (via Supabase Auth)
- Username — chosen by you, shown to other players
- Country — chosen by you, shown on your public profile and the leaderboard
This is stored by Supabase, our backend provider, on servers located in the EU (Ireland).
2.2 Gameplay & social data
While you play, we store your card collection, deck, battle history, rating, coins, and achievements, plus:
- Chat messages you send in global, country, and faction chat channels, and direct messages to friends
- Friend list, faction membership, and trade offers with other players
- An optional avatar image if you choose to upload one
Some of this — username, country, avatar, rating, win/loss record, faction — is visible to other players by design: TIER ONE has public rankings and an open trade marketplace. Chat messages are visible to whoever is in that channel or conversation.
2.3 Push notification token
If you enable push notifications (Settings), we store a device token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver notifications about challenges, trade offers, faction activity, friend requests, and daily bonus reminders. You can turn this off anytime in Settings.
2.4 Advertising
TIER ONE can show an optional rewarded video ad (Google AdMob) if you choose to watch one for a daily coin bonus. Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID and ad-interaction data to serve and measure that ad. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device's system settings. Ads are never shown without you choosing to watch one — there are no banner or interstitial ads.
2.5 Purchases
TIER ONE currently has no active real-money purchases — coin packs are earned entirely through gameplay. If real-money purchases (e.g. premium card packs) are added in a future update, they will be processed entirely through Google Play Billing; we never receive or store your payment card details, and this policy will be updated before that happens.

4. Children & Age Rating
TIER ONE is rated PEGI 3 -- its content itself is suitable for all ages. We still require players to be at least 13 years old to create an account, because TIER ONE includes open text chat with strangers (global, country, and faction channels) alongside an account and online multiplayer service. If your country's digital age of consent is higher than 13, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use TIER ONE.

5. Chat Safety & Moderation
You can report or block any player directly from a chat message (Chat → "…" menu on their message). Blocking a player:
- Hides their messages from you, enforced on our server (not just hidden on your own device)
- Prevents them from trading with or challenging you
Reports are reviewed by FinPixel Games. Manage players you've blocked anytime from the "Blocked players" screen in Chat.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
We're based in Finland (EU) and TIER ONE's data is stored in the EU, so GDPR applies to all players regardless of location. You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you — contact us (section 8)
- Correct inaccurate data — username, country, and avatar are editable in-app
- Delete your account — Settings → Delete Account (or see our account deletion page if you can't access the app) permanently and immediately removes your profile, cards, chat history, friends, faction membership, and match history. This cannot be undone.

7. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete Account) removes it immediately and permanently — you're free to sign up again later with the same email as a brand-new account.
